Yes, all attractions are open rain or shine.

What are the prices for the different haunted houses?
General Admission - $35
VIP Admission - $59
VIP Admission includes access to much shorter waits in line and you can visit the Attractions twice in one night!
Do you offer group rates?
For ticket pricing for groups of 30 or more, please contact Cindy Takvorian at (603) 913-9098.
Please note that group rates cannot be combined with any other discount. Dates, times, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes, We highly recommend buying your tickets in advance, as tickets are going fast and we will sell out!
Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
Yes, by purchasing a VIP ticket you will have access to our fast pass lines which are much shorter and faster than our General Admission lines.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our evening shows are designed for adults and children age 13 or older. That being said, children younger than 13 are welcome to attend and we leave that decision to the parents as they know their children better than we do and are able to decide upon what they can or cannot handle.
Are the attractions wheelchair accessible?
Yes
Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
Absolutely not and we ask that you please do not touch them.
Where can I find coupons?
Coupons are available at participating Dunkin Donuts and Papa Gino's locations.
Are pregnant women able to attend?
Yes
Can I wear my Halloween costume when I visit?
Costumes will only be allowed on Halloween weekend.
Will food and beverage items be available for purchase?
Yes, a complete menu of concessions items will be available for purchase during the events.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside of the ballpark as Fenway Park is a smoke-free facility.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
You can use cameras as much as you like outside of the Attractions, no pictures are allowed inside of the Attractions.
Are there refunds?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Can guests buy tickets at Fenway the night of the shows?
A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at Fenway Park at the ticket windows. However, we encourage purchasing tickets online in advance to avoid waiting in line at the event and to ensure ticket availability.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are multiple parking lots in the Fenway Area that will be offering parking during these events.
